Before the first review
Common project questions.
Every restaurant brief is different. These answers explain the working principles; project-specific commitments are confirmed in the agreed scope and quotation.
Scope and preparation
Starting the conversation.
Can ZHIQUE provide design, construction and furniture as one package?
Yes, an integrated scope can be developed where the project location, local professional requirements and execution responsibilities allow it. The exact division of responsibilities is confirmed during feasibility review.
Can you work from our architect or designer’s drawings?
Yes. ZHIQUE can review an existing package for custom production, shop drawings, samples, manufacturing and delivery support.
What information is needed for a quotation?
A floor plan, available elevations or renderings, furniture schedule or reference images, approximate quantities, destination, target opening date and required scope are helpful. Missing information can be identified during the first review.
Do you support single restaurants and multi-location brands?
Yes. The approach can be tailored to a one-off restaurant or to a repeatable package that is adapted for additional sites.
Production and approval
Before the factory starts.
Can furniture dimensions, materials and colours be customised?
Yes. Dimensions, construction, materials, finishes, upholstery, hardware and related details can be developed for the project, subject to technical feasibility and approved information.
Are samples available?
Sample requirements depend on the scope. Finish samples, material references, mock-ups or prototypes can be defined as part of the approval process.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on design readiness, approval speed, materials, quantities, complexity and current production planning. A project-specific programme is prepared after scope review; this website does not promise a generic lead time.
How is quality checked?
Quality control is organised around approved drawings and samples, with suitable checks during production and before packing. The detailed inspection plan depends on the project.
Delivery and site
Getting the work installed.
Can you ship to the United States and Europe?
ZHIQUE supports international project delivery preparation. Shipping route, commercial terms, destination access and import responsibilities are confirmed for each enquiry.
Do you provide installation?
Installation support depends on destination and scope. It may include installation information, coordination with a local team or an agreed on-site support arrangement.
How are local building and fire requirements handled?
Applicable requirements must be identified for the specific jurisdiction. Material and technical information is coordinated with the client’s local licensed professionals and relevant approval parties.
How do we start?
Send the project location, format, area, target opening date, current drawings and required scope through the project review page or by email.
