About the project

Fuyuki Sushi & BBQ Frankfurt combines blue booths, orange seats, neon graphics and gold-toned counter lights in a vivid sushi-and-barbecue setting. Central food displays and conveyor elements form the main spatial line, while grouped window-side booths offer a more settled place to sit. Illuminated branding, planting and display cabinets add detail at different scales.

Design approach

The central counter emphasises activity and visibility; perimeter booths create a more comfortable boundary for longer stays. Blue and orange seating extends the colour identity into the furniture. Warm counter lights and planting soften the neon, while repeated lines in tables, counters and displays give the visual variety a shared rhythm.
