Poulet - Raffles City

Singapore · Full-service restaurant environment

About the project

Poulet Raffles City brings a bistro character to an open mall setting through navy banquettes, cream curves and a timber-fronted counter. Pale veined tabletops, woven-look chair backs, globe pendants and arched frames add detail without overwhelming the room. Planting and booth backs form a soft boundary between the restaurant and the surrounding concourse.

A reading of the space

Design approach

Navy, cream and warm timber create a restrained palette. Curves and arches soften the open frontage, while perimeter booths and smaller tables establish comfortable dining pockets. Planting and layered lighting provide separation from the mall. Furniture profiles, light tabletops and small-scale floor patterns carry the bistro character through the details.
